Generally, DentNis processes personal data only with the explicit consent of the data subject. However, in the following cases, personal data can be processed without explicit consent:
Explicitly stipulated in the law
Protecting the life or physical integrity of the data subject or another person when consent cannot be obtained

Once the purpose of processing ends, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. However, if retention is legally required or necessary for legitimate interests, data may be stored without harming the rights of the data subject.
