Bichectomy is a simple and very safe surgical procedure also known as buccal fat removal. Buccal fat removal procedure is generally performed under sedation or local anesthesia.
Following a buccal fat removal procedure patients will experience a permanent Hollywood Cheek appearance and improved definition in their cheeks especially for individuals with round cheeked form (which some affectionately refer to as “chubby cheeks ”).
